1. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account, accessing, purchasing or using Easy Cash Poker, the user declares that they have read and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the commercial conditions presented at the time of purchase.

The user declares that they have legal capacity to accept these Terms. Anyone using the service on behalf of a house, club, company, association or other organizer also declares that they are authorized to act on behalf of that organization.

2. What Easy Cash Poker is

Easy Cash Poker is management software. The platform may provide tools for sessions, tables, players, chips, cashier operations, tabs, clients, teams, permissions, reports and other modules related to game management.

Easy Cash Poker is not the organizer of games registered by customers, does not replace the organizer's legal responsibilities and does not authorize activities prohibited by applicable law.

Each customer is responsible for evaluating the rules applicable to their own activity, including tax, regulatory, labor, consumer and game-related obligations.

3. Account and access

Creating and using an Easy Cash Poker account is permitted only for people who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, the user declares that they meet this requirement.

The user must provide accurate information and keep credentials protected. Improper sharing of passwords or access may compromise account data and operations.

Profiles, roles and permissions may limit what each team member can view or change. Managing these accesses is the responsibility of the organization using ECP, subject to the controls provided by the platform.

ECP may require new authentication, terminate sessions, block credentials or take other measures when it identifies a security risk, abnormal use or possible unauthorized access.

4. Permitted use

The user may not use ECP to:

  • violate laws or third-party rights;
  • attempt to access accounts, data or resources without authorization;
  • deliberately interfere with the security or availability of the service;
  • exploit vulnerabilities or bypass access controls;
  • run abusive automation, attacks or unauthorized mass extraction of data, or otherwise impair the platform;
  • enter personal information without an appropriate legal basis or authorization to process it.

5. Modules, plans and limits

ECP may be purchased in modules. Applicable features, prices and conditions are those presented in the current offer and at the time of purchase.

When an offer uses expressions such as "unlimited" or "no limit", this means there is no predetermined commercial limit for ordinary use of that resource. These expressions do not represent infinite computing capacity, permission for abusive automation or exemption from reasonable security, stability and fraud-prevention measures.

Modules under development or identified as "coming soon" are not part of the contracted service until they are actually made available.

6. Offline operation and synchronization

Some features may work locally or offline. Offline availability depends on the module, device, previously stored data and technical conditions at that time.

Offline operation does not mean that the entire platform remains available without a connection. Pending operations may require later synchronization with ECP servers.

7. Data entered by the customer

The user organization is responsible for the legitimacy, accuracy and purpose of the data it enters into the platform, including information related to players, clients, team members and third parties.

The processing of this information is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The software, visual identity, code, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, texts and other proprietary elements of Easy Cash Poker are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

A subscription grants only the right to use the service under the current offer. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, trademarks or other ECP assets.

9. Availability and maintenance

ECP seeks to keep the service available and reliable, but digital systems may experience downtime due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party services, internet connectivity, user devices, security events or causes outside the platform's reasonable control.

Maintenance, fixes and updates may be performed to preserve security, stability or product evolution.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for non-payment, violation of these Terms, security risks, fraud, abusive use or legal obligations.

Whenever reasonably possible, ECP will seek to notify the account holder before a suspension that does not result from an immediate risk.

Commercial cancellation rules are described on the Subscription and Cancellation page.

11. Responsibilities

The customer remains responsible for operational, financial and administrative decisions made based on information recorded on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the product, legislation or ECP operating practices. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel before taking effect when required.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes must be handled before the competent court under applicable law, preserving consumer rights, including the consumer's home jurisdiction when that protection applies.
